MEDIA SERVICES

• Media plan development, refinement and amendment, as needed throughout the financial year.

• Create a holistic media plan, considering clients’ target audiences and creative direction.

• Buying of media across all mediums.

• Participate in weekly meetings, reviews, requirement sessions and briefings.
• Make all necessary revisions/amendments to the media plan, based on any changes through the financial year.

• As appropriate or requested, evaluate and present media opportunities for clients’ consideration, throughout the contract period.

• Resolve all billing discrepancies throughout the period, and handle all billing and invoicing to media suppliers.

• Traffic and disperse all necessary materials to media suppliers, printers and all other parties needed to accomplish clients’ approved marketing, communications, advertising, programmes and campaigns.

CREATIVE SERVICES

• Develop advertising campaigns. Creative design, copywriting, graphic design and resizing.

• Ensure that all advertising material has been approved by client.

• Provide creative consulting, sharing with client Media Match’s best practices and expertise for brand advocacy and creative continuity.

• Managing of timelines and deadlines, including delivering material on time to various media owners.

• Creative conceptualising of commercials.

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Supply client with monthly content plan, including proposed graphics, content and competition ideas.

• Ensure that all proposed material has been approved by client.

• Conceptualising and implementation of the client’s overall look and feel.

• Ensure supplier receives correct logos, creative and photos, as per client’s corporate identity.

• Contact prize winner, supply prize and handover of prize/prize money.

• Timeous payment to supplier.

• Supply a monthly report, including stats, people reached, target area and growth.

CLIENT SERVICES

• Participate in relevant account meetings and review.

• Review and approve creative deliverables, prior to sending to client for final approval.

• Develop and manage project timelines.

• Provide a monthly report including, but not limited to:

  • Creative execution for each advertising medium used.
  • Report back on any activities and/or projects for the month.
  • A detailed summary of the budget, as per the year plan, including a monthly billing book.
